Notre client est un site de e-commerce spécialisé dans l’univers de la femme et présent à l’international. Pour le siège parisien comptant une soixantaine de collaborateurs, nous recherchons un(e) Online Marketing Manager. Rattaché(e) à l’équipe marketing comptant 8 personnes, vous prenez en charge la rubrique beauté du site et développez la meilleure expérience client possible en garantissant l’attractivité du avec la diffusion de contenus qualitatifs. En ce sens, vous êtes garant(e) de la qualité du contenu éditorial du site et du merchandising sur les pages d’accueil et de description des produits de la rubrique beauté, et ce afin d’améliorer la navigation des clients sur le site. Vous êtes force de proposition quant à des actions permettant de développer le trafic (réseaux sociaux, emailings, achats publicitaires, sur votre secteur). En lien avec les équipes techniques, vous participez à la définition d’un plan stratégique visant à améliorer et à créer des fonctionnalités pour les clients.Afin de vous orienter sur les améliorations à apporter, vous analysez les indicateurs de performance au quotidien. En relation avec les équipes marketing produit et communication, vous coordonnez le calendrier promotionnel et définissez les offres commerciales à mettre en avant. De formation supérieure type Bac +5 en Ecole de Commerce, avec une spécialisation en nouveaux médias, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur une fonction de marketing digital, idéalement pour un site de e-commerce ou dans un univers féminin et B to C. Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais qui sera testé à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Autonome, dynamique et force de proposition, vous avez un très bon niveau rédactionnel et un excellent relationnel.
