Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a 6 months Online Marketing Coordinator intern based in our Paris office to help us meet our goal to be the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.

We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and organized individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications while contributing to a meaningful cultural exchange program. This internship offers the opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination within a dynamic international environment. You will report to the Country Product Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Have ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievement

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating local campaigns in the French market to increase awareness and generate leads

  • Plan and implement events to reach our target group, increase customer loyalty and promote sales
  • Work closely with our central marketing team in Zurich and the regional teams in France to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects and events
  • Manage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals
  • Establish and maintain new partnerships and platforms in order to place Cultural Care appropriately for our target group
  • Drive your own ideas to reach new target groups and contribute to the growth of the French market

Who you are:

Personal qualifications

  • Social media (Instagram & TikTok) is your thing – You are familiar with the latest trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness in the target group
  • You love discovering the latest industry trends and seize opportunities that enable the company to grow
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new ideas and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
  • You have the ability to think creatively and strategically and have a "nothing is impossible" attitude
  • Verbal and written communication is one of your strengths
  • You are organized, able to prioritize and have a good eye for design and detail
  • You have relevant work experience in marketing and can demonstrate success
  • You speak French at native level and are fluent in English

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum Bac+2
  • Full fluency in both French & English
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferable
  • 6+ months of experience living abroad is advantageous
