Founder in Residence – Next-Gen Power Plants (Geothermal & Waste Heat) Marble | Remote (Paris-based optional) | €2,500–€3,000/month + €250k pre-seed Marble is a climate tech venture studio launching deep-tech companies that tackle climate change at industrial scale. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial engineer to join as a Founder in Residence to help design a new generation of modular, low-cost power plants that convert geothermal and waste heat into clean, firm electricity. About the Role You’ll explore bold solutions to unlock the potential of low-temperature heat sources—like high-efficiency thermal cycles (ORC, sCO₂), modular turbines, digital twins for optimization, and rapid-build plant architectures. Your goal: co‑found a climate startup with transformative potential.
