Who We're Looking For

The Domain Expert Founder. You bring the market insight, distribution edge, and user empathy. You've seen inefficiencies firsthand and know where AI or software can create value.

Your profile:

Ex-consultant, operator, or manager with deep experience in a "dusty" sector (healthcare, finance, real estate, logistics, legal, education, energy, etc.)

Clear perspective on industry problems & customer pain points

Entrepreneurial mindset: bias to action, willingness to test fast

Collaborative: ready to pair with technical/product co-founders

Nice signals (not requirements):

You've scoped, launched, or scaled new initiatives inside a company

You have a network in your industry (clients, experts, regulators)

You've already dabbled in side projects, no-code, or automation

What You'll Do

Partner with technical founders to design AI-first solutions for your sector

Validate pain points with users/customers directly

Shape the business model, GTM strategy, and product roadmap

Build & lead a team as founder & CEO/CPO of your company

Demo your startup at the end of the program for 100k EUR funding
