We seek a Product Documentation Manager to lead the evolution of our documentation ecosystem (https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/). Your mission: guarantee quality, consistency, and strategic impact of Scaleway’s documentation and learning content so that customers and internal teams benefit from clear, accurate, scalable knowledge resources. Your Future Team We work in a collaborative, international environment. Our eight‑person team includes five Technical Writers, two UX Designers, and one Learning Program Manager. You will interact daily with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams. The role is highly transversal. Your Daily Routine Lead the Product Documentation team Define priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure deadlines are met Guarantee quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of technical content (Docs, console wording, translations) Drive continuous improvement and optimization of documentation platforms Review and validate documentation outputs across products and services Oversee translation processes and QA standards Supervise Scaleway Learning (training program) Increase the visibility of the documentation team internally and externally Synchronize with cross‑functional teams to align document strategy with product and business goals About You Hard Skills 5+ years in technical writing and documentation management (ideally Docs‑as‑Code, APIs, cloud/SaaS products) Solid expertise in documentation processes, translation workflows, and QA Strong project management and team leadership skills (prioritization, delivery, recruitment, evaluation) Proficiency with GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, and Figma Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French Soft Skills Strategic vision with operational rigor Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, design, and support teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and contexts simultaneously Transparent communicator and motivator, capable of retaining and growing talent What You’ll Find at Scaleway Hybrid work: up to three days of remote work per week Spacious offices with outdoor spaces and bike parking Healthy meal service; breakfast available year‑round; Swile card for lunches at regional sites Well‑being commitments: gym access, daycare places, discounted caring services International environment where English is widely spoken Career & Mobility: internal mobility and access to Iliad Group entities Rich product offering: over 100 public cloud products in IaaS, PaaS, and AI Cutting‑edge technical environment with modern infrastructures, high‑performance bare metal servers Commitment to responsible cloud: renewable energy powered data centers since 2017 The Next Steps A first call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min).
