Powered by artificial intelligence, we develop a sovereign AI alternative as part of the Iliad Group’s €3 billion investment.We serve 38 000 private and public sector clients across Europe and beyond.Location: Paris, Île-de-France, FranceResponsibilitiesLead the Product Documentation teamDefine priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure deadlines are metGuarantee quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of technical content (Docs, console wording, translations)Drive continuous improvement and optimization of documentation platformsReview and validate documentation outputs across products and servicesOversee translation processes and QA standardsSupervise Scaleway Learning (training program)Increase the visibility of the documentation team internally and externallySynchronize with cross‑functional teams to align doc strategy with product and business goalsQualifications – Hard skills5+ years in technical writing and documentation management (Docs‑as‑Code, APIs, cloud/SaaS products)Solid expertise in documentation processes, translation workflows, and QAStrong project management and team leadership skills (prioritization, delivery, recruitment, evaluation)Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, and FigmaExcellent written and verbal communication in English and FrenchQualifications – Soft skillsStrategic vision combined with operational rigorCuriosity, adaptability, and resilienceStrong collaboration skills across product, engineering, design, and support teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and contexts simultaneouslyTransparent communicator and motivator, capable of retaining and growing talentBenefitsHybrid work – up to 3 days remote per weekSpacious offices in Paris with outdoor spaces and bike parkingHealthy meal service and breakfast across all sites; Swile card for lunchesWell‑being commitments: gym, daycare places, discounted services for caring responsibilitiesInternational environment: English and French widely spokenCareer & mobility: internal mobility and opportunities to transition within the Iliad GroupNext StepsFirst call with the Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)Interview with VP of Product and Head of Product Design (1 h)Use‑case interview with the Product Documentation team (1 h)Interview with Engineering (45 min)Final visit to our offices to meet future colleaguesLegalAt Scaleway, we are committed to building an inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone has a fair opportunity to thrive.
