Votre rôle sera de faire de la donnée un levier structurant de la performance financière, en transformant les processus clés de la Finance en produits data fiables, standardisés et industrialisés, au service du pilotage, de la qualité des décisions et de l’efficacité opérationnelle à l’échelle groupe.Poste à forte visibilité exécutive, avec des interactions directes avec le CFO Groupe et les CFO des entités.Missions PrincipalesDéfinir et piloter la stratégie Data Finance Groupe, en alignement avec la vision du Data OfficePrioriser et délivrer les cas d’usage data finance à fort impact pour les CFO :analyses procurement & spend analyticspayroll & cost of workforcecalcul, reconnaissance et pilotage des revenusreporting financier automatisé et consolidéGarantir la fiabilité, l’auditabilité et la gouvernance des données financières utilisées pour le pilotageAgir comme point de convergence entre Finance, Data et IT pour assurer un delivery efficace et scalableMettre en place les indicateurs permettant de mesurer et démontrer la valeur business des produits data finance (time-to-close, automatisation, qualité de données, aide à la décision)Contribuer au cadrage et à la standardisation des pratiques data pour la fonction Finance à l’échelle GroupeProfil RecherchéProject Manager / PPO Data Finance avec 7 à 20 ans d’expérienceSolide expérience en Finance Groupe / Corporate Finance, idéalement avec un rôle transverse sur plusieurs entitésExpérience en Data / BI appliquée à la Finance : reporting financier, performance, standardisation des indicateurs, industrialisation des processus dataÀ l’aise dans un rôle groupe à forte exposition (interactions avec CFO Groupe et CFO d’entités)Capacité à dialoguer aussi bien avec des interlocuteurs Finance que Data / IT et à jouer un rôle de traduction business → dataExcellente capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de formalisation (roadmaps, cas d’usage, reporting d’avancement, business value)Forte appétence pour les environnements multi-entités / post-M&A et les contextes de transformation dataAnglais courant (contexte international)Idéalement : Bac+5 grande école (commerce, ingénieur, ou équivalent)Qualités personnelles : leadership transverse, pragmatisme, diplomatie, capacité à standardiser sans bloquer les spécificités locales et à porter une vision data pour la Finance Groupe.Informations Pratiques📆 Durée : 12 mois, reconductible🚀 Date de démarrage : 12/01/2026👥 Contrat : Ouvert aux freelances et aux CDI🏠 Télétravail : 2 jours / semaine📍 Localisation : 75💶 Budget : 510-530 €/jour (selon profil) #J-18808-Ljbffr
