Principal Project Consultant Takes full responsibility for leading major transformation programs (business and IT) on behalf of large clients. Manages highly complex and high‑stakes operations that integrate multiple dimensions (consulting, software development, ERP integration, application maintenance, change management, etc.) in a distributed delivery model (service centers nearshore, offshore). Acts as the main point of contact for the client at the highest level ensuring SAP’s commitments and customer satisfaction while adhering to SAP’s business model. Manages project commitments (cost, timeline, quality, risks), leads multi-disciplinary teams (up to 100 people) and partners throughout the project lifecycle and contributes to business development within the account. Also participates in pre‑sales and bid management activities to shape and win large‑scale deals. Profile / Required Skills 10 years of experience in SAP project implementation including at least 5 years as Project Manager. Strong knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g. HANA Cloud). Proven ability to manage crises in a delivery context. Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken. Geographic flexibility / international travel expected (EMEA region).
