Your role will be to support the PerfOps team in driving transversal operations (processes, tools, methodologies), with strong proximity to the field and a deep understanding of business challenges in an international context. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, structure data as a performance lever, and enable teams through appropriate tools and supporting materials.
