Your Mission Help members by answering requests via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a transparent, accurate, and delightful experience. Work on improvement projects: analyse processes, propose better tools, and contribute to product enhancement. Learn and grow by mastering healthcare and insurance knowledge and sharing new expertise with the team. Build and nurture the care team as we expand in Belgium. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in a customer‑support, education, or communication role. Fluency in English and Dutch (bilingual). A passion for caring for members and solving problems. Excellent written communication skills. Comfortable with computers and general technology. A highly empathetic mindset. Motivated, entrepreneurial, and team‑oriented. Bonus: knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system. Good to Know Full‑time position, A2‑B1 level range. Insurance is a regulated profession; agents must pass a basic insurance knowledge test in the first year (Alan covers the exam).
