Account Manager (France) Alan – a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. Account Management Vertical Since 2020 we have a Key Account Manager team of 18 focused on making customers stay and grow with Alan. We are looking to extend the vertical and help us take care of our growing medium‑touch pipe. What you will do Handle a portfolio of accounts and flagship companies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and use a customer‑centric approach to identify needs and help clients achieve their goals through Alan. Proactively identify signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions. Promote Alan health partner positioning to drive mass adoption by employees and admin staff. Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews. Identify and execute initiatives to engage existing customers. Take charge of cross‑selling/upselling our portfolio to meet customer needs. Renegotiate contracts to ensure value for customers and sustainable profitability. Participate in product evolution, acting as the voice of customers when discussing features with product teams. Who we’re looking for At least 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with interactions with C‑Levels and/or HR. Full working proficiency in French and at least advanced level in English. Experience dealing with mid‑market companies (up to 200 employees) and a portfolio of 50–100 accounts. Strong negotiation skills, tact, and empathy. Expert at building long‑term relationships based on trust and transparency with great active listening skills. Passion for solving problems to delight members. Growth mindset with ability to adapt to new trends and develop deep understanding of the health insurance market. Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, or Annecy (team locations). Previous experience in insurance or benefits is nice to have. We aim to hire within the B0–C0 level range. Perks & Benefits Fair rewards – generous equity packages complement base salary.
