Main Responsibilities Manage TikTok's Creative Support team and operation for media sales and Selva direct clients, becoming the main point of contact for all the TikTok solution within SELVA. Lead SELVA's creative support operation for TikTok globally. Design TikTok solution for media sales team and direct clients. Create working methodologies and reporting structures for the support, production and direct sales. Manage the creative and production team working in the platform. Manage onsite or remote sessions with clients, prospects, agencies and internal stakeholders. Report operations and business results. Skills and Experience Required Solid background in the advertising industry, with a focus on creative support. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering high performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Advanced English level. Demonstrated capability in client interaction, presenting ideas, and managing expectations to achieve successful outcomes. Understanding of business operations: Knowledge of how to design, implement, and optimize business processes, including workflow development, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Strategic thinking: Ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive growth, improve client satisfaction, and optimize team operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
