In this great and challenging context, we are looking for our future Head of Brand.

You will be responsible for all brand and communication related activities for all our four markets, including France, Spain, the UK and the US. Communication with our local teams will be key
This position implies both a solid strategic mindset and a strong ability to execute in a team-effort. As a Head-of Brand, you will define and manage your budget with the CMO.
The team is composed of a community manager, a designer, an UX/UI designer and four video makers. Ringover also has an SEO team that counts content managers who also contribute to producing content

**Communication**:

- Community management : embody our brand on all relevant social media to engage and spread our culture and employer brand
- Collaborate to ensure a shiny presence to all event in which Ringover takes part

**Branding**:

- Imagine and execute brand actions, with other relevant players or on our own, to help position the brand with ICPs
- Adapt and maintain our website to constantly reflect the evolution of our company, brand and product
- Manage reputation of brand and improve trust of product through review platforms
- Oversee the production of marketing assets (in-house and freelancers) that match the highest creative standard for or brand.

**This position is for you if**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a communication and branding position
- You are creative, but rational as well
- You speak French & English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
