* Product Management* Product Design* Product Development* Product Quality* Product DataEn tant que **Product Manager**, vous savez :* Structurer et piloter la roadmap produit en alignement avec les enjeux stratégiques du programme et les priorités business.* Garantir la cohérence et la priorisation du backlog, en assurant une coordination fluide entre besoins fonctionnels et contraintes techniques.* Animer et fédérer les équipes autour de la vision produit et des pratiques SAFe.* Faciliter la communication entre les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes métier, en transformant les besoins en objectifs clairs et actionnables.* Accompagner la montée en maturité produit en diffusant les bonnes pratiques, en clarifiant les rôles et en favorisant l’autonomie des équipes.* Suivre la performance et la valeur délivrée, à travers la mesure de l’adoption, de la qualité et des impacts business et techniques.* Contribuer activement à la transformation agile, en soutenant le développement d’une véritable culture produit dans un environnement en phase d’acculturation.## Profil recherché* Justifier d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Product Management sur des produits digitaux complexes.* Maîtriser les méthodes agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) et savoir naviguer dans des environnements matriciels multi-équipes.* Vulgariser, embarquer et convaincre des interlocuteurs techniques, tout en gardant la vision produit globale.* Accompagner le changement, structurer et faire monter en compétence les équipes.* Utiliser les outils de pilotage produit (Jira, Confluence, Aha, Miro, etc.).* Parler un anglais professionnel couramment.* Evoluer dans des contextes industriels, techniques ou d’ingénierie logicielle (aéronautique, manufacturing, systèmes embarqués, etc.) ou disposer d'un background technique est un vrai plus**Ce que nous offrons*** Des locaux en plein cœur de Toulouse (avec briques roses, café, thé et bonne humeur illimités)* Une organisation en Practices favorisant la montée en compétence, le partage d’expérience et l’innovation.* Un système qui récompense votre implication avec la possibilité d’évoluer sur différents rôles en interne (Practice Leader, Squad Leader, rédaction d’articles…)* Un management de proximité et un suivi de carrière personnalisé grâce à notre accompagnement tri partite (RH, Business Manager, Practice Leader) aux formats variés : déjeuners, points formels, cafés…* Des formations individualisées et adaptées à chaque parcours ainsi que l’accès en illimité à la plateforme Udemy (e-learning).* Un environnement de travail dynamique et accueillant (soirées annuelles, afterworks, meet-ups, des activités sportives comme du futsal, de l’escalade ou de la course à pied) mais aussi responsable et engagé (actions en faveur de la RSE).* Des avantages salariaux : tickets restaurants, mutuelle d’entreprise/prévoyance, accès au Comité d’Entreprise (CE).
