Community Specialist – UK, Ireland & Germany (Paris, France)Full‑time role requiring strong ownership, adaptability and alignment with photographer activity in your markets and coordination with our Paris-based teams.ResponsibilitiesOnboard and activate new photographers (profile checks, calls, follow‑ups)Coach ICs during early missions through 1:1 calls, direct feedback and 1:many webinars/onboarding sessionsMonitor engagement, re‑engage or off‑board inactive ICsManage blockers such as no‑shows, misconduct or fraud and apply standard actionsTrack KPIs (conversion rate, activity, coverage, retention) across assigned markets and identify underperformance to drive corrective actionsFlag recurring issues and collaborate with global teams to improve processesMonitor live supply versus demand, escalating gaps and engaging directly with ICs to secure important or uncovered missionsSource new photographers through referrals, LinkedIn or manual outreachWork with RevOps, Production, Quality and Marketing to ensure a seamless photographer journeyLead experimentation initiatives across tools, workflows and processes to improve funnel efficiency and photographer satisfactionQualifications & RequirementsExperience in community management, support or gig/freelance operationsFluent in both German and English (for working across Germany and Ireland/UK)Strong communication, interpersonal and empathetic skillsComfortable with dashboards and metrics; data‑driven decision makingProactive, autonomous and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentInterview ProcessManager Interview – discussion of skills and experienceBusiness Case – practical task to demonstrate analytical skillsStakeholder Meeting – interactions with future team membersCEO Interview – final strategic and cultural fit interviewBased in Paris, France.
