Product Experience As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the core product experience for our PLM platform, one that is already deeply integrated into the daily operations of thousands of users from leading industrial companies. Today, over 60% of our customers’ employees actively use the platform, with some spending 8 hours a day. Our product doesn’t just support operations, it powers them. What You’ll Do Drive Product Strategy: Contribute to the product vision with the Co‑founder/COO and turn strategic objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap for your product area. Lead User Discovery: Run discovery loops with industrial users, turning complex needs into clear problem statements and product opportunities. Orchestrate Execution: Work daily with our squad (Engineers + Product Designer) to bring high‑quality features to life through sharp PRDs, user stories and strong delivery discipline. Balance UX & Technical Depth: Collaborate closely with senior engineers to align user‑facing priorities with technical improvements that enhance scalability and performance. Measure & Iterate: Define KPIs/OKRs, analyse results, and continuously refine the product based on data, feedback, and impact on operations. Act as a Product Connector: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to validate hypotheses, challenge ideas, and ensure product‑market fit and adoption. About You Demonstrated success as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment. Proven experience collaborating within a cross‑functional product squad (Engineering + Design) to deliver compelling, high‑converting features in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional ability to structure thoughts, write clear and concise product documentation (PRDs / user stories), and communicate complex ideas effectively, both written and verbal. Advanced analytical skills. You live and breathe data, comfortable using KPIs and prioritisation frameworks to make nuanced decisions. Highly organised, accountable, and possess a natural inclination for getting things done. You can operate effectively and propel initiatives from inception to launch. Proficient in both French and English, for effective internal and external communication. Knowledge of the manufacturing / industrial sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
