Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for the success of our European portfolio for Accountants, including flagship products such as Generation Expert (France), Sage Despachos Connected (Spain), Sage for Accountants Portugal, and our pan-European Sage for Accountants ecosystem, which includes Client/Practice Management, GoProposal, Futrli, and AutoEntry.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office.

You will lead a team of Product Managers across the region and serve as the owner of our overarching product vision and roadmap. Working in close collaboration with regional Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will prioritise investment and product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) planning and the broader Business Unit (BU) strategy.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership

Own the product roadmap for the accountant’s portfolio across Europe, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities.
- Team Management

Lead and coach a distributed team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Regional Alignment

Partner with regional Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure effective execution and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for European leadership teams on product strategy and portfolio roadmaps. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Customer & Market Engagement

Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle. Attend customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to gather insights and promote our vision.
- Strategic Planning

Drive roadmap prioritisation in collaboration with commercial and regional leaders, ensuring effective input into quarterly PI planning and OKR alignment.
- Evangelism & Communication

Present at key internal and external events, sharing the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction. Act as a thought leader for our Accountants solutions in Europe.

Responsabilités principales
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product in a B2B SaaS or
technology-driven company, ideally with pan-European exposure.
- Strong background in accounting, finance, or professional services solutions is a strong
advantage.
- Demonstrated success in leading product teams, managing portfolios, and delivering
customer-centric outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams across
regions and functions.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and managing product roadmaps through
frameworks like SAFe or Scrum.
- Strong communicator, confident presenter, and inspiring leader.
