The Successful Candidates Will: Hold a Doctorate or PhD in Management Sciences (or related field). Candidates who have a defense certificate and will officially receive their Doctorate or PhD before March 2026 are also eligible to apply. Demonstrate strong research potential, evidenced by publications (or working papers) targeting well-regarded academic journals (e.g., those ranked by FNEGE, ABS, ABDC, FT) and/or participation in major conferences (e.g., AIM, AFM, AFFI, EURAM) Show innovation in teaching design and pedagogy Be capable of teaching in French and/or English at both Bachelor and Master levels Potentially take on administrative responsibilities (e.g., leading an MSc) and engage in building external relations, depending on profile Why Join Excelia Business School?
