Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled finance professional to support our global Operations team. You will provide strategic financial insight, drive performance, and enable cost efficiency. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure financial compliance across a complex, international environment. Who You Are A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of operational finance. Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams. Skilled in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. Experienced in financial management, reporting, and reconciliation. A collaborative partner who builds trust and drives performance through influence and insight. What You’ll Do Lead financial planning & control for Operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring. Drive efficiency initiatives: identify process gaps, eliminate waste, and implement best practices across global operations. Optimize resource allocation by providing clear financial and operational insights to leaders. Ensure financial governance and compliance in all operational spend. Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, aligning investments with business priorities. Champion a continuous improvement culture, embedding tools and processes that improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. What You’ll Need Proven experience in Ops Finance, Planning, or Business Partnering, ideally in a complex international environment. Strong expertise in budget control, cost optimisation, and efficiency programmes. Skilled at using SAP and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights. A problem solver who thrives on simplifying processes and improving outcomes. Influential and collaborative – able to challenge, support, and align stakeholders at all levels.
