As Senior Brand Designer at Finary, you'll own the visual identity across marketing and product, shipping the assets teams need while building the systems that make everyone faster. From paid ads and social to in‑product iconography, illustrations, and motion, you'll ensure Finary shows up consistently, beautifully, and on time. This is craft at speed. You'll work across high‑visibility launches, campaigns, events, and everyday touchpoints, building templates, components, and guidance that scale without going stale. You're comfortable with deadlines, production constraints, and the reality that great systems enable great work at pace. You're a systems thinker, a visual craftsperson, and a pragmatic builder. You fold AI into your workflow to prototype faster, automate smarter, and explore further. You push the work until it's sharp, then ship. We're making investing clearer, more accessible, and more trustworthy. You'll own the brand system that makes it possible, and ship the work that brings it to life. What You Will Do Design across key brand moments: product launches, campaigns, events, and moments we haven’t defined yet. Ship the assets teams need: ads, social visuals, YouTube thumbnails, icons, illustrations, animations, email/newsletter, event kits, and merch. Build and evolve a practical brand system: templates, components, motion/illustration/iconography guidance that increases speed and consistency without going stale. Drive high reuse: a growing share of shipped assets built from approved modules/templates vs. net‑new work. Manage timelines and feedback loops to keep projects moving and quality high. Scope, brief, and direct freelancers when needed, ensuring on‑brand delivery and timeline accountability. You care deeply about clarity, elegance, and reducing noise. Your work elevates through subtlety, not spectacle. You know when to break things and when not. About You 4+ years of experience in brand design, ideally at top‑tier startups or studios. A portfolio that shows strong visual taste, brand systems work, and the ability to execute at a high level across mediums. System‑minded builder who likes fast loops, high craft, and measurable impact as an IC. You’ve used AI tools in your creative process, whether for production, prototyping, or experimentation. Collaborative and clear communicator. Low ego, high standards. Comfortable coordinating freelancers: scoping, briefing, timeline/budget tracking, QA, and file handoff.
