**About Us**

**Immortal Game **is the World’s First Play-and-Earn Chess Platform. Our mission is simple: create the best online chess experience for players, streamers, and professionals, while striving to transform the chess industry for the better. We are building the community-driven chess platform for the next generation, adding a new layer of strategy and monetization through NFTs to this over 1000-year-old game.

We are a 20 people team with diverse backgrounds. We are based in Paris, Prague, and Atlanta (US) and are planning to scale to 50 people in the next six months. Our platform is live, we’re growing fast and are backed by some of the top investor firms in Web3 and Entertainment.

We are growing our **design team** with experienced designers willing to build the most amazing chess platform in the world and keep developing their skills and expertise.

As a **Brand Designer**, you will blend with Immortal Game’s strong design culture in an international environment. As part of our Design Studio, you will join Phuc, our Lead Designer, and talented designers who are passionate and skilled about solving problems as a team.

**Requirements**:
***Responsibilities****:

- Explore ideas to define and build cohesive branding (visual design guidelines, brand book, design system) and maintain design consistency between product and brand.
- Concepting and designing exciting and complex digital platforms.
- Give life to the brand: You will create value by conveying emotions through storytelling.
- Deliver stunning visuals: You will support our product launches and events by creating offline and digital visuals. You will collaborate with our Tech team by developing creative concepts for our platforms.
- Grow with the team: As part of our ambition for continuous improvement, you will engage with your peers daily, work closely with various functions (tech, product, growth, marketing), and be coached by your Manager (Phuc) to grow your skills and talents on the field.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong design skills: You have worked for highly creative brands and have developed strong illustration skills, as well as experience designing for web, offline media, and motion.
- Eye for digital design and extensive online expertise.
- Sense of ownership: You successfully lead your projects and share your approach and expertise to improve the team’s work continuously.
- Make an impact through emotions: In concordance with Immortal Game’s mission, you are thrilled to make a positive impact on customers and the game industry.
- Continuous improvement: You strive to improve every day, even if it means learning from mistakes.
- Attention to detail: You have developed an expert eye to ship the perfect experience.
- Languages: You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members within the company.
