This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge aircraft programs, focusing on advanced composite and metallic structures within the cabin environment (e.g., seats, monuments, panels).You will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and certification readiness of interior components through static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses using industry-standard tools and methodologies.What You'll Do:Perform static and fatigue analysis on composite cabin structures (e.g., seat frames, actuators, attachments)Develop and validate detailed FEM models using tools like NASTRAN, PATRAN, HyperMeshEnsure compliance with CS/FAR 25 structural requirementsSupport weight, strength, and manufacturability optimizations for both composite and metallic designsReview and approve drawings, reports, and test dataCollaborate with design, test, and certification teams across the development cycleWhat You Bring:Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering7+ years of experience in stress analysis for composite structures, ideally within aircraft interiorsDeep understanding of composite materials, behaviors, and failure modesStrong knowledge of aircraft certification standards (especially Part 25)Proficiency in FEA tools: NASTRAN, PATRAN, HyperMesh (or equivalent)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsA proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentSound like a good fit?
