The company relies on the CNRS Neel Institute and CEA‑Leti and benefits from the dynamic of strong links between research and industry.We are looking for an Embedded & electronics engineer to participate in the development of Quobly’s Quantum computer control electronics.What awaits you every day at Quobly:MissionYou will contribute to the development of the embedded software stack (Linux) running on dedicated control electronics boards.You will contribute to the development of the HDL IP (sequencer, DAC/ADC/IO HDL controllers) running on the control board FPGA.You will work on the control electronics system HW architecture evolution (SOM selection, inter‑FPGA communication, backplane selection,…)You will contribute to the development of the automated testbed for the control electronics qualification and validation.Collaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.Work hand in hand with members of our technical teams.You are special because:You have a strong background in one or all of the following topics:FPGA programming (VHDL/Verilog), ideally on Zynq (AMD) platform.Embedded Linux kernel drivers development (C/C++ or Rust) on ARM based platforms (Yocto/Peta Linux).RF Design and broadband DAC/ADC.Experience in digital systems architecture.You have knowledge in high bandwidth/low latency protocols for intra and inter FPGA communication.You master collaborative software development practices and tools (git, continuous integration, unit testing, bug tracking,…).You are confident in using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.) to validate instrument behaviors.You are customer‑oriented (whether they are internal or external), able to discuss/understand their needs and support them.If you miss some skills, just think of applying anyway.Working at Quobly is also:A unique workplace, Grenoble, combining a dynamic industrial environment, technological innovation and a unique natural and cultural living environment.The opportunity to continue to train, to develop skills by rubbing shoulders with the best researchers in the field.A collaborative work environment, a culture that has trust as its pillar and where your work will be recognized, and much moreContribute to the influence of Quobly through the sharing of our progress in international conferences.The possibility of having a pro‑life balance with a standard day package of 213 days worked/year.The possibility of teleworking 4 days a week depending on the position.Offices near Grenoble train station.Assistance with soft travel or public transport.For us, quality work is based on professionalism, trust, surpassing oneself and collaboration in an environment where fun and celebration is as essential as it is natural.“Don't worry if you don't check every box—if you're excited about the role, we encourage you to apply”Resume/CV* format pdf, doc, docx, pptx, odt, odp size < 5MBWe retain your data for up to 2 years in compliance with our privacy policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
