As our Associate Engineering Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: Being responsible for the test and development of new & existing PACS product solutions Being a direct line manager for a team of engineers, responsible for delivering business objectives on time and the development & growth of its people High level of ownership to be able to drive multi-faceted issues/features till closure Contributing to teams' agile processes from start to finish including: Scrum and Kanban management, deployment and testing methodologies, etc. Providing Scrum Master duties for the team within the SaFe framework.
