The RoleAs an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of front‑end and back‑end engineers, building scalable, secure, and innovative features for B2B and B2C customers. You’ll work with cutting‑edge technologies, including confidential computing platforms, and play a key role in shaping product strategy and delivery. LocationParis, France – hybrid schedule (in‑office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays; remote Wednesdays and Fridays). English is the working language. Responsibilities Build a strong ownership and accountability culture as product complexity grows. Help direct reports grow as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates. Recruit talented software engineers and support Dashlane’s visibility in the Paris tech community. Provide tools and autonomy to deliver without friction. Lead initiatives to improve current systems and processes in support of the company’s mission. Deliver engineering strategy goals, shaping roadmaps, ADRs, and technical documentation. Work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver on the Product Roadmap. Help define the direction of the Product Experience teams to improve stability, security, and quality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a friendly, multicultural environment. Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of people and project management experience (ideally in a distributed environment). Fluency in English. Preferred Skills JavaScript/TypeScript experience. Experience at a company of Dashlane’s size (100‑500 employees). Experience working in a distributed team across multiple time zones.
