If you want to know more about us go toGMV website.WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?In our team you will work as aMaintenanceSupport Engineer at Galileo Service Centre (GSC) in Toulouseensuring operational continuity through preventive andreactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation of softwareconfiguration changes. You will be at the heart of a global infrastructure,ensuring the seamless operation of one of the world’s most advanced groundsegments. Your work will directly impact the performance and evolution of theGalileo eco system. You could be part of a dynamic, international environment,contributing to a project that spans continents and supports services used by millionsworldwide.Some of the tasks includes:Implementsoftware configuration changes at the GSC Backup.Performpreventive and reactive maintenance of GNSS Service Centre systems.Troubleshootoperational systems and develop workarounds when procedures fail.SupportGSC operations teams during critical activities, including site hand-over.Applysoftware patches, verify installations, and restore systems.Maintainand develop the troubleshooting platform.Contributeto maintenance and development of training material.Preparemonthly service reports and test documentation as required.Travelfor training and workshopsAble towork in exceptional cases outside of 8/5 working basisWHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for engineers in computer science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fieldwith experience in:Groundsystem AIV campaigns and operational environmentsWindowsServer environments, including Active Directory and system management.WHAT DO WE OFFER?🕑 Hybridworking model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.💻 Flexible start and finish times.🚀 Personalizedcareer plan development, training and language learning support.🌍 National and international mobility.
