The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWithin the Group, you will join the Group Finance Transformation & Operating officeIn line with our strategy to strengthen the way our Finance family operates and to deliver efficiently the deployment of the transformation initiatives planned with our finance transformation program called Ovide, the Group Finance Transformation & Operating Office is focused on:Streamlining all data management operations, including collection tools and processes, and implementing AI solutions across financial activities.Managing the rollout and implementation of Ovide throughout the Group, both centrally and locally.Acting as a main point of contact with our IT group company (AXA GO) on Finance data operations matters.As part of the Group Finance Transformation & Operating office, you will join the Data Operations Accounting, Controlling & Reporting team as a "Senior SAP BFC Business Analyst".Primary missions and key accountabilitiesThe mission of a senior business analyst is split into two main parts:BAU (Business as Usual):Maintain the setup of the consolidation tool within AXA, SAP BFCEnsure workshops to discuss different specifications and design requests.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as Finance teams, IT teams and end users to communicate on the different updates and corrections.Provide valuable insights and expertise to the business teams to ensure a smooth closing, on different topics: Reporting insurance oriented, statutory consolidation and its diverse subjects (Cashflow statements, Shareholder equity analyze, merger and acquisition …), Solvency 2 topics and the CSRD reports (Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity)Guarantee support for the Group and entities' finance teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-user support and providing clear guidance on tool usage.Ensure compliance of financial reporting implementation in SAP FC requirements and SAP best practicesProvide requested information from Internal Audit and ensure data integrity and accuracy through the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.Project:In the context of the end of maintenance of SAP BFC and the tool replacement, the role of the senior business analyst is to:Participate to workshops and presentations related to the selection of the new target consolidation toolContribute to define the selection criteria from both business and technical sidesParticipate to the project implementationBe part of the trainings and change management processYOUR PROFILEBackground and experience:Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Sciences, statistics, Data Engineering /Management, Data Analytics, Finance)5-6 years of experience in SAP BFC maintenance and implementation projectsFluent in English (both spoken and written) as the working language.Technical and professional skills:Proven experience and expertise on SAP BFC toolStrong knowledge of IFRS standards, Solvency and Management ReportingFamiliarity with modern database and information system technologies,Understanding of the Insurance Industry and AXA business model,Strong knowledge of insurance finance/accounting concepts & KPIsSoft skills:Ability to work in a multicultural and muti functional environment with people from diverse backgrounds.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Effective communication and interpersonal skills,Proven leadership skills,Capacity to translate a business/finance need in an IT related language,Adaptation skills are key enablers to link Finance language to IT solutions.WHY JOIN USYou will join:A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planetA company with strong valuesA company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employeesA company offering many benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group)A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.In line with our commitments, we celebrate each new hire by taking action for global reforestation: we plant a tree for every recruitment.
