Client Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions – International Law Firm - Paris Je recrute un Client Relationship Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe d'un cabinet d'avocat international à Paris. A leading international business law firm advising public and private companies, financial institutions and governmental organisations is seeking a Client Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions to join its Paris office. You will work closely with Partners and Associates in Paris, as well as with international Business Development and Client teams across Europe. This is a strategic, client-facing role with strong exposure to senior Partners and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in strengthening and developing relationships with the firm’s priority clients within the Financial Institutions cluster. You will report to the Business Development Manager – Financial Institutions Cluster (based in Germany) and collaborate closely with the BD Lead for the Europe region. The role requires to be fluent in French & English with a background in an law office or a Big4 company. Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen relationships with key Financial Institutions clients, in partnership with senior Partners Identify business development opportunities Lead and execute client account plans, including objectives tracking and reporting Support sales cycles, including proposals, fee negotiations and panel submissions Coordinate internal teams (Business Development, lawyers, pricing, legal & risk) around client priorities Monitor client financial performance and highlight key risks and opportunities Capture and leverage client feedback to enhance relationship quality Profile Required Proven experience in a similar role within an international law firm or a Big4. Educational background in Marketing, Business or a related field, with professional marketing qualifications considered a plus Strong understanding of the Financial Institutions sector Proven experience working with Partners and C-level stakeholders Strong influencing skills, commercial acumen and a diplomatic approach Fluent in French and English Salary & Benefits Fixed salary up to €108,000 depending on profile and experience, paid over 13 months Discretionary annual bonus 25 days of annual leave + 12 RTT + birthday off + 2 days off during the Christmas period Profit-sharing scheme 1 day of remote work per week after 6 months’ seniority Meal vouchers, transportation allowance, private healthcare (mutuelle) CSE benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
