Vendor Performance Clerck Location: Paris, France Contract duration: Until June, 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday (40h) Recruitment Partner: Airswift Airswift Recruiter: Ariane Lima Responsibilities Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases. (data entry and update) Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records. (I : drive folders harmonization, general mailbox filing Assist with general office tasks, such as mailing,drafting / formatting of required letters, preparation of presentationsand VPM deliverables inventory. He / she will support in Timesheet recording, monitoring of manhours and support on budget tracking, work orders He / she will support in newcomer’s requests, access requirement to project databases. He / shewill support in KPI updates. He / She shall be Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong communication, organization skills, ability to analyze, consolidate and report reliable key information relevant to the activities assigned. The Vendor Performance Clerk will be reporting to the Project VP Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience Professional level of spoken and written English Rigorous and detailed-oriented Proficient skills for Excel or Data Analysis Tools Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently Ability to reach deadlines and manage multiple priorities The next step We have an exceptional team in place, and we are pleased to be able to appoint a further person to our growing business.
