Rôle et objectifs du poste:

Les principales responsabilités de ce poste sont centrées sur le maintien de la rentabilité du portefeuille, la tarification, le renouvellement des comptes, la fidélisation des clients, le marketing, la gestion des affaires nouvelles, la supervision de l'équipe et le renforcement des relations avec les courtiers et les clients. En outre, en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe AXA et de la division AXAXL, le Deputy Head of Property & Energy France sera chargé de promouvoir, d'accompagner et de suivre les initiatives de la division.

Responsabilités et Activités:

Les principales missions de ce poste seront:

  1. Seconder le Head Off dans l’ensemble de ses missions:
    • Superviser et coordonner les activités de la direction Property/Energy
    • Assurer le développement et la rentabilité du portefeuille de clients, dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale et des règles de souscription
    • Représenter la direction Property/Energy auprès de la LoB et du pays, des partenaires courtiers, des clients, des associations professionnelles, des réassureurs, etc.
  2. Animer et manager une équipe de souscripteurs Property
    • Remonter d’information Property vers le Head Of
    • Travail en autonomie sur des sujets transverses Property/Energy
Interactions:

Gestion des courtiers et des clients en veillant particulièrement à la fluidité des échanges avec les assurés et les intermédiaires. Anime et développe l’équipe Property & Energy. S’assure de la bonne coordination entre les différents départements d’AXAXL (claims, MO, CDL…)
