What your day will look like Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to raise awareness of our graduate opportunities. Create a compelling proposition to inspire top talent to apply at Canonical. Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insights, partnering with business stakeholders to accelerate hiring decisions. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, providing detailed insights into motivations and behaviours. Build key relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring consistency and progress across our hiring agenda. Deliver data‑driven insights to support robust decision making. Consider our employer brand and ensure the candidate experience reflects our values. Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to foster continuous improvement. Work with external third parties and platforms to maximize return on investment. Champion diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring a fair sourcing strategy. What we are looking for in you Exceptional academic background (high school and university) with a Bachelors or Masters in Psychology or a people‑focused subject. Experience hiring talent in the technology industry, with a deep understanding of graduate hiring. Highly data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and SQL experience. Passion for using scientific approaches to predict and measure hiring outcomes. Familiarity with psychometric assessments (interpretation preferred). Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and coaching stakeholders. Knowledge of tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Superset, and Thomas International/DISC assessments is advantageous. High level of personal organization and self‑drive to work effectively remotely. Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year (up to two weeks each). What we offer you Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly in‑person team sprints.
