Description En tant que HR Business Partner, vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes : Animer et négocier avec les CSE et syndicats, organiser les réunions et élections, garantir la conformité au droit du travail. Gérer les dossiers disciplinaires et contentieux, accompagner les managers, soutenir les plans de restructuration. Représenter l'entreprise auprès des autorités et organismes, gérer audits et obligations légales. Piloter les politiques RH et projets internationaux. Cette liste de missions n'est pas limitative. Profil recherché Expertise en droit du travail français (allemand apprécié). Expérience avec CSE, syndicats et processus de restructuration. Anglais et français courants (allemand est un plus). Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international, agile et en transformation. Conditions et Avantages Impact réel dans une phase de transformation. Rémunération fixe + variable.
