Mercier Consultancy Medical is looking for a dynamic, Dutch‑speaking Freelance Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in the world. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use talent‑sourcing skills to locate, engage, and attract exceptional candidates across various sectors.
• Conduct insightful interviews that gauge skills, experience, and personality.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide qualified recommendations.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating attractive offers.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to keep recruitment initiatives competitive.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management on talent acquisition progress.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) with proficiency in English preferred.
• Background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote recruitment initiatives.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to evolving recruitment needs.
• Willingness to complete a 3‑month, fully paid training experience in Greece.
