Cette entité vise à établir un niveau d’excellence opérationnelle comparable à celui de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme, sur l’ensemble de nos biens et ceux de nos clients.Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Founding Manager, prêt à prendre part au lancement de cette activité stratégique.Votre rôle : construire par l’actionLe poste de Founding Manager consiste à prendre part au lancement et à la structuration d’une nouvelle division du Groupe Kyka dédiée au ménage haut de gamme, à la préparation des biens et au property management. Il combine vision stratégique et engagement opérationnel concret, particulièrement lors des phases de démarrage.Dimension stratégiqueÉlaboration des standards Kyka en matière de qualité, propreté, finitions et maintenance légère.Conception des process, routines et outils internes (check‑lists, workflows, reporting).Mise en place d’un modèle opérationnel fiable, duplicable et aligné avec les standards premium du Groupe.Participation à la gouvernance opérationnelle et à la structuration du pôle.Dimension opérationnelle – au sens fort du termeIntervention active sur le terrain pour comprendre les sites, tester les méthodes et inscrire les bonnes pratiques.Réalisation de contrôles qualité précis et, si nécessaire, participation aux actions correctives pour définir un niveau d’exigence irréprochable.Mise en œuvre des standards et routines conçus, afin d’en garantir la pertinence et l’excellence.Coordination des artisans, gouvernantes, intendants et prestataires pour assurer la continuité opérationnelle.Profil recherchéBac+4/5 en hôtelleriePremière expérience dans l’hospitality, la gestion immobilière, le facility management ou les opérations terrain.Goût pour le terrain et les environnements très qualitatifs.Autonomie, curiosité, sens du détail et réactivité.Esprit entrepreneurial et capacité à structurer.CompétencesExcel / Google Sheets, notions de budget et de suivi opérationnel.Connaissance des outils PMS, de ticketing ou d’applications housekeeping.Organisation logistique et grande rigueur d’exécution.Français courant, anglais professionnel.Permis B apprécié.Processus de recrutement1er entretien : Chief of Staff Groupe2ème entretien : COO Groupe3ème entretien : CEO GroupeCas pratique stratégique + Évaluation sur site #J-18808-Ljbffr
