Animés par l’esprit de l’agilité et de l’amélioration continue, nous nous donnons les moyens de faire progresser notre organisation.Descriptif du posteRejoins la Feature Team Data Platform & BI pour construire, documenter et faire évoluer l’écosystème Data de notre groupe, en tant que Data Product Manager.Les missions :Rattaché au Deputy CTO, tu seras en charge de :Travailler au sein d'une équipe de Data EngineersCollaborer avec le Tech Lead Data et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins métierParticiper aux sessions de planification et d'estimation des projetsFaciliter la collaboration avec les autres Feature TeamsPiloter les projets Data de bout en bout (cadrage, exécution, délais, livraison, suivi post-projet)Coordonner les travaux autour de l’architecture Data Mesh, du data self-service, du BI, du datalake / datawarehouse, et de l’intégration de flux (CRM, etc.)Élaborer et suivre les roadmaps projet en lien avec les équipes Data, IT et produitsAnimer les réunions de pilotage, comités projet, ateliers de cadrage ou de priorisationAssurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes (comptes-rendus, reporting, documentation sur Confluence, communication Teams...)Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques projet et de la gouvernance DataTu as une solide expérience en gestion de projet, notamment dans des environnements agiles, et tu as une connaissance des architectures data modernes : Data Mesh, datalake, datawarehouse.Tu as une bonne capacité à interagir avec des profils techniques (Data Engineers, DevOps, BI) et produits.Tu maîtrises des outils de gestion de projet comme JIRA et Confluence, et tu as une excellente capacité de synthèse, de rédaction et de communication.Tu possèdes un bon sens de l'organisation et tu sais arbitrer / prioriser.Pourquoi rejoindre le Groupe La Centrale ?C’est développer sa passion pour les technologies innovantes au sein d’une société web dynamique et de taille humaine, avec des développeurs ayant à cœur le partage de leur savoir-faire technique et agile.Pour son environnement technique pointu : stacks modernes, cloud AWS multi-zone et load balancé.Nos plus :Participation attractive et avantages CSELe sens de la convivialité et de la célébrationQuartier et locaux très sympaParticipation aux évènements (Tableau Conférence, AWS Summit…)Mutuelle familiale premium1 entretien de pré-qualification RH1 entretien avec le Deputy CTO & la RHÀ compétences égales, nous encourageons les candidatures de personnes de tous horizons, sans distinction de genre, d'origine, de handicap ou d'expérience, afin de promouvoir la diversité et l'inclusion au sein de notre entreprise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
