**Le poste**

Cette société historique française recherche un Project Manager Officer afin de continuer sa stratégie de digitalisation du groupe. Vous travaillerez au sein de la direction Data et Digital du groupe, département d’une 100aine de personnes. Rattaché directement au Chief Data Officer, vous interviendrez sur le pilotage et la gestion de projets Data à grande ampleur notamment dans l’accompagnement des métiers et sur des problématiques d’expérience et de parcours client et utilisateurs. Toujours dans une démarche de porter la digitalisation du groupe et mettre la data au cœur de la stratégie. Vous serez également amené à travailler sur des sujets d’amélioration continue des process et également pouvoir contribuer à repenser le fonctionnement et la communication entre service.

**Les responsabilités**
- Vous serez en charge du pilotage et de la structuration des projets. Vous intervenez soit directement dans un projet auprès des chefs de projet, soit pour le compte du Chief Data Officer pour un suivi transversal du portefeuille de projets global.
- Vous assurez le suivi et le pilotage de l’activité des projets dans un contexte Data très fort.
- Vous avez une vision transverse sur l’ensemble de l’activité du service et vous serez moteur sur des sujets d’amélioration continue.
- Coordonner le pilotage opérationnel, le suivi et le reporting de l’activité du pôle Data Vous coordonnez également les plannings prévisionnels d’affectation des ressources, le suivi des réalisations et le budget du périmètre.
- Vous assurez la coordination avec les responsables de projets la communication autour des projets, les assistez dans la préparation des supports de communication si besoin
