Coordinating with logistics, order fulfillment, and cross‑functional teams to secure on‑time delivery of vended finished goods. Communicating with suppliers across multiple regions to address delays, request updates, and resolve first‑level issues. Monitoring supplier performance, including delivery timelines and responsiveness, and escalating issues when necessary. Optimizing procurement processes by proposing improvements to delivery modes, packaging, and workflows. Supporting inventory‑related activities to maintain appropriate stock levels. Collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and provide backup when needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply management, operations management, or a related field (a master’s degree considered a plus). Experience working with an ERP system and comfort performing frequent computer‑based, transactional tasks (prior SAP experience helpful but not required). Understanding of supply chain concepts, including supplier–customer relationships and end‑to‑end processes. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in French and English, with additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Italian considered a plus but not required. Desired Skills and Experience Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian). Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems beyond basic user comfort. Interest in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage stress, and maintain a solution‑oriented mindset.
