We are looking for a hands‑on CTO Co‑Founder, entrepreneurial and ready to build from scratch alongside Julien, the CEO of Get Ready. Your Mission: Build Get Ready – The Future of Cyber Resilience 💡 The Challenge: Cyberattacks and tool failures are inevitable, but most companies lack operational resilience. AI can enhance crisis response, yet no solution offers seamless preparedness and coordinated action. 🔒 The Solution: ‘Get Ready’, a turnkey cyber resilience platform combining: Secure fallback work environments 🔧 A clear product vision and a build‑ready concept (thanks, Rémi, Violaine & David) A top‑tier network: investors, founders, cybersecurity experts… No unnecessary burdens: we take care of legal, HR, product, admin… A demanding and caring collective where feedback, intensity, support, and the joy of building together are our values, not empty buzzwords A high‑caliber core team because you always go further together Your CEO co‑founder: Julien Laurent Hausermann, Founder @CyGO, cybersecurity serial entrepreneur Rémin, David and Violaine, technical and product team, building with you Rahila, Lead on recruitment & talent sourcing Your Role & Responsibilities as the First Tech Tech & Product Strategy – Define and execute the startup’s technological vision. MVP Development – Build the first Minimum Awesome Application with CyGO. Security by Design – Integrate best cybersecurity practices at every level. Leadership & Growth – Recruit, mentor, and lead a top‑tier tech team. Collaboration – Work hand‑in‑hand with the CEO, CyGO’s experts, and investors. Who You Are: Hands‑on Tech Founder ✔️ Technical Leader: Strong background in software development & cloud platforms. ✔️ Experience in security frameworks: compliance, or AI‑driven security. ✔️ Startup‑Minded: Comfortable navigating uncertainty & scaling products. ✔️ Entrepreneurial & Strategic: Able to turn vision into execution. ✔️ Strong Communicator: English required; French is a plus. Meeting Process First meeting with Rahila: A discussion centered on your ambitions and their alignment with CyGO’s goals. We’ll take an in‑depth exploration of your background and a detailed presentation of how we operate. Second meeting with Aurélie, Co‑Founder: A key discussion to evaluate your entrepreneurial motivations and confirm the coherence of our shared vision. Third meeting with Laurent, Co‑Founder: A conversation to gain insights into the technical aspects of our projects.
