Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute a search strategy for senior technology talent, ensuring smooth transition through the pipeline. Coach senior leadership teams to become experts in attracting exceptional talent for management and leadership positions. Lead talent analytics using SQL or Python to provide real‑time insights and trend analysis. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, delivering deep insights into motivations and behaviours. Build relationships with global stakeholders, monitor hiring activities, drive results and maintain operational consistency. Continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes. Promote diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from recruiting and ensuring sourcing strategies reflect these values. Qualifications Professional experience in headhunting from a reputable executive search firm or in‑house search function within the technology industry. Experience with market mapping and advanced analytical problem‑solving, including SQL or Python. Proficiency in psychometric assessments and the ability to conduct behavioural, competency‑based interviews. A strong academic background (Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, People or similar) with a good level of maths from high school. High organisational skill, effective remote work, and willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year for up to two weeks each. Other Skills You May Bring Advanced analytical and statistical analysis to interrogate data. Exposure to Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, DISC profiling, and psychometric metrics.
