This is a pivotal role that combines both strategic thinking and tactical execution. The position is perfect for a true generalist who understands all the components of the B2B marketing mix, can work both collaboratively and at pace, and is looking for a role where they will never be bored. You should enjoy a proven success in management as this role has two direct reports.Strategic goals and deliverablesWork with VP Marketing to create an annual strategy and marketing budget aligned with growth plans across France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.Turn the strategy into tangible plans across multiple channels with a clear focus on lead forecasting.Lead and help the team execute those plans in a structured, measurable and collaborative way.Report on successes and opportunities for improvement, calculating ROI and comparing results against previous quarters and against the forecast.Who are you?Business fluent in French and English.True marketing generalist covering events, digital, copywriting, design.Keep a close eye on ROI, lead quality and can analyze, diagnose and optimize the marketing funnel with precision.Enjoy working with other teams, building strong relationships and contributing to the success of the business as a whole.Experienced manager who enjoys helping team members grow and develop.Not fazed that line manager is based in London.Live in or near Paris and happy to spend part of the week at the Cachan office.Requirements5+ years in a marketing manager level role.Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, MarTech.Superb organizational and prioritization skills.Comfortable speaking in front of teams and presenting to the wider company.Excellent communication and relationship building to interact with suppliers, clients, partners and the wider company.Proven verbal and written communication skills.Positive attitude and solution‑oriented mindset.Team player.Language requirementsFrench: native or fluent.English: native or fluent.ToolsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience using a CMS and CRM system essential.Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite desired.What We OfferThe chance to join a fast‑growing scale‑up with strong momentum.A varied and cross‑functional marketing role with visibility across the business.A collaborative and international work environment.Remote work: 2 days per week (Tuesday to Friday).Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
