This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our loudspeaker products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.****Key Responsibilities:***** Define and drive the **product roadmap** for loudspeaker solutions based on market needs and technological advancements.* Collaborate with **R&D, engineering, industrialization, sales, and marketing** teams to develop innovative and industry-leading loudspeaker products.* Conduct **market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking** to identify opportunities for product improvement and new developments.* Act as the **technical bridge** between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product specifications and objectives.* Oversee the **product lifecycle**, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous product optimization.* Work closely with **manufacturing and supply chain teams** to ensure efficient production and delivery of loudspeaker products.* Provide **technical expertise** and support for internal teams, partners, and key customers.****Qualifications & Skills:***** **Strong experience in loudspeaker product management**, preferably in professional audio.* Background in **acoustics, electroacoustics, or related engineering fields**.* Knowledge of **loudspeaker design, transducers, system integration, and manufacturing processes**.* Excellent **communication and leadership skills**, with the ability to drive projects and influence stakeholders.* Strong **analytical and problem-solving abilities**.* Fluency in French and **English** (additional languages are a plus).***Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound***« We are artisans of sound in all its beauty, revealing meaning and emotion. »L Acoustics provides a thriving creative playground for passionate individuals committed to elevating the audio experience through teamwork and personal achievement.
