Senior Technical Product Manager, Loudspeakers

L-Acoustics is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager – Loudspeakers to lead the development and lifecycle management of our professional loudspeaker solutions. This role involves assisting Director of Product Management to defineproduct strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our loudspeaker products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities : Define and drive the product roadmap for loudspeaker systems based on market needs and technological advancements. Collaborate with R&D, industrialization, sales, and application teams to develop innovative and industry-leading loudspeaker systems. Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement and new developments. Act as the technical bridge between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product specifications and objectives. Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle and across the different product functions. Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring product line success and portfolio optimization. Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and delivery of loudspeaker products. Provide technical expertise and support for internal teams, partners, and key customers. Qualifications & Skills : Strong experience in product management, preferably in professional audio. Background in acoustics, electroacoustics, or related engineering fields. Knowledge of loudspeaker design, transducers, system integration, and manufacturing processes is a strong bonus. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
