Notre client est un Groupe de communication indépendant spécialisé dans le Gaming, l'Entertainment et la Tech, avec une expertise reconnue depuis 20 ans. Fort de près de 100 collaborateurs répartis entre Paris (Gare de l'Est) et les US (Los Angeles), le Groupe est un acteur stable et en croissance constante. Le Groupe réunit plusieurs agences expertes (relations publiques, marketing d'influence, achat média, social media, production de contenu) et développe en interne des produits digitaux cruciaux. Votre poste est stratégique : il s'agit d'intégrer et de créer des outils pour optimiser le fonctionnement interne du groupe et renforcer la qualité des services rendus aux clients. La culture est aux antipodes du corporate : l'univers du gaming est omniprésent, l'ambiance est casual, et les profils sont passionnés. On attend un investissement total, mais dans un cadre qui valorise l'autonomie et la prise de décision stratégique. Description du poste : Nous cherchons un.e Head of Product & Tech (HOP / PO Sénior) pour prendre les rênes de la fonction Tech / Produit, suite au départ d'un des co-fondateurs. Une longue période de passation est prévue pour assurer une transmission totale du savoir. Votre rôle est un profil hybride : vous êtes le bras droit du DG pour structurer la fonction et vous êtes le garant de la vision technologique transverse. Vos missions principales : Vision & Stratégie : Définir la vision produit et technologique en lien direct avec la Direction Générale. Arbitrer la stratégie IT (architecture, sécurité, IA). Pilotage Produit & Delivery : Encadrer l'équipe technique (3 personnes internes + freelances) et piloter la roadmap complète. Garantir la performance, la qualité et l'adoption des outils (Agile / Scrum, UX / UI). Leadership Technique : Servir d'interface entre la DG et les équipes. Vous maîtrisez la culture technique (architecture web, API, bases de données, cloud) et vous arbitrez les choix technologiques pour la performance. Profil recherché : Vous justifiez d'un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience, idéalement 5 à 8 ans dans un poste mêlant produit digital et responsabilité technique. Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe et de prestataires. Nous cherchons quelqu'un capable d'être le moteur : Leadership transversal, rigueur, esprit pragmatique et orientation solution sont indispensables. Une solide culture technique (lecture de code, frameworks) et la maîtrise des méthodes Agiles sont exigées.
