* Substantial experience (typically two to five years or more) in a legal operations, innovation, or business improvement role within a law firm, consulting environment, or professional services organisation.* Previous experience in successfully developing and/or implementing innovation and business/ IT improvement initiatives.* Proven track record in delivering technology-enabled transformation projects, ideally in a legal environment.* Aptitude for Tech.* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.* Strong stakeholder management skills.* Strong interpersonal skills, persistent and resilient.* Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities.* Creative and forward thinking, able to push ideas through various workstreams.* Adept at fostering relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving cultural change.* Excellent communication and influencing skills in both French and English, able to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.* Self-starter, able to work autonomously and collaboratively, bringing projects through to successful completion.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
