About the Role The Shift Manager ensures the smooth operation of activities and embodies the Vinted Go culture in their daily behavior. They adhere to current safety, quality, and production standards while contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse operations. As we launch our new warehouse in Saint‑Martin‑de‑Crau, we’re looking for exceptional people to build our team of Shift Managers. Responsibilities Safety, Compliance, and Site Preparation Ensure that all employees adhere to Vinted Go's safety policies and procedures, as well as comply with the law. Ensure that the site and all equipment are in good working condition and that repairs are carried out promptly. Operational Excellence Supervise the work of the team and ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and to high standards. Guide, motivate, train and develop the team. Identify recruitment needs and implement necessary training actions. Reporting Report on the performance of the position and the warehouse as a whole. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Planning Establish schedules and record working hours for payroll and invoicing. Ensure sufficient manpower scheduled to meet company needs. Supply Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are ordered timely to avoid shortages. Customer Experience Contribute to the customer experience by handling complaints or issues. Continuous Improvement Participate in workshops and projects, coordinate changes. Qualifications Knowledge Mastery of warehouse logistics operations. In‑depth knowledge of safety policies and procedures for logistics warehouses. Understanding of operations related to receiving, storing, order preparation, packing and shipping. Knowledge of warehouse management systems. Ability to use computer tools such as scanners, inventory tracking software, etc. Familiarity with productivity standards and KPIs. Skills Advanced English skills. Fluency in French. Effective team management and motivation. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Advanced problem‑solving skills.Strong communication skills.
