We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to amplify this ambition—someone who can drive product vision, elevate our practices, and guide both our clients and our teams. 🚀 Your Mission You’ll join our multidisciplinary teams (design, development) as the product lead at the intersection of client, UX, and tech. You’ll own three main pillars of responsibility: 1. Strategy & Value You’ll help define the product vision, business and user objectives, and the overall value proposition. You’ll support clients in shaping their thinking—market fit, usage, monetization—and translate that into a clear, actionable product strategy. 2. Delivery Throughout the project, you’ll ensure BeTomorrow’s commitments are met—quality, budget, and timeline—by steering prioritization decisions and managing scope evolution through controlled change management. 3. Client & Team Collaboration You’ll act as a value driver, not just a backlog executor. You know how to frame a product, build a shared vision, and get involved early—from pre-sales and ideation to design and delivery. As a true bridge between business, design, and tech, you’ll help co-design value even before the project kick-off. 🧭 Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs, challenge ideas, and co-build the product roadmap and vision. Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and iterative build to continuous improvement in production. Design user journeys, conduct user interviews and usability tests, and oversee product or app audits. Maintain the product backlog: write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage prioritization in collaboration with the tech team. Lead delivery in agile/lean mode, ensuring each release delivers meaningful value across business, UX, and tech, while meeting contractual commitments. Track and analyze success metrics (e.g. NPS, engagement, retention, monetization), using insights and feedback to guide iteration and optimization. Act as the natural bridge between business, UX/design, and technology, ensuring smooth alignment across disciplines. Contribute to spreading and structuring product culture within BeTomorrow—sharing best practices and mentoring others. At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital, agency, startup, or software environment. A genuine product mindset: user empathy, business impact awareness, curiosity, and the ability to challenge and prioritize effectively. Solid technical understanding: you speak the language of developers, can challenge feasibility, and balance technical, UX, and business constraints. Strong UX sensitivity: user journey design, usability testing, experience audits. Natural client-facing skills: you listen, clarify, persuade, and propose. You know how to turn visions into tangible products. Highly organized and autonomous within client-project contexts. Ideally: Proficiency with product/backlog tools (Jira) Familiarity with Lean/Agile methods and UX tools (Figma, Miro) Experience tracking product metrics Interest in how AI is transforming product management You love to experiment, test, and learn fast You thrive in a collaborative environment and want to help grow product culture around you At BeTomorrow, we believe diversity is a strength.
