Technical Product Manager – API (F/H) Join the team at padoa, a market leader in workplace health software. This role is part of our growing Product Department. Location Paris, Île-de-France, France (Boulogne-Billancourt). Overview Founded in 2016, padoa serves more than 8 million employees in France through a SaaS platform that modernises occupational health services. After a successful €80m fundraising round in 2022, we continue to expand our product suite and strengthen our engineering practice. Responsibilities Contribute to product vision and roadmap in partnership with the Team Lead. Define and enforce technical architecture for product integrations, particularly in the finance domain. Own product initiatives from concept to delivery: discovery, user‑story writing, stakeholder validation, design collaboration, and partner coordination. Analyze data (SQL, logs, tickets) to inform design and uncover usage patterns during roll‑outs. Facilitate collaboration among Product, Engineering and other business units. Qualifications Previous experience as a developer or product manager with strong technical focus, especially on API and data‑flow integrations. Experience in SaaS B2B environments with large clients or in billing, payment and collection domains is a plus. Comfortable with SQL, database concepts and writing simple queries. Methodical approach to structuring and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate cross‑functional teams. Passion for product ownership and building impact for users and society. Senior level profile, autonomous decision‑making and project ownership. Recruitment Process Initial chat with a tech recruiter (30 min). Interview with the SPST Team Lead (1 h). Home‑based case study (~3 h) and presentation (1 h).
