Role Overview The RUN Project Manager supports Papirfly & Keepeek clients after their solution goes live, ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and long‑term relationships. The role involves managing RUN‑phase requests, coordinating interactions between clients and internal teams, providing functional and technical support, analyzing incidents, defining requirements, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. Your Missions Ensure follow‑up of RUN Premium customer requests Track and execute customer requests during the RUN phase. Deliver Customer Success support services (business reviews, quarterly statistical exports, workshops, demos, steering committees, requirement definition). Manage technical operations projects (annual database exports, certificate renewals, maintenance of client‑specific developments). Centralise and relay customer feedback to Product Owner, Operations, and Delivery teams. Support new requirements for RUN Premium customers Support customer evolutions and new requirements. Ensure quality of the customer experience and communication with Keepeek teams. Scope and formalise customer requirements to optimise integration effort. Work closely with the sales team to address new needs (upsell). Functional & technical support Contribute to functional and technical support. Manage support tickets and coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests. Analyse reported issues and errors. Review functional specifications of implemented developments. Analyse execution reports and script logs. Monitor performance indicators and identify continuous improvement actions in collaboration with relevant Keepeek teams. Your profile Experience Minimum 2–5 years in project management, support, or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments. Technical Skills Mastery of web/application environments and understanding of SaaS architectures. Ability to analyse reports, logs, and functional/development specifications. Knowledge of ticketing and client support tools (Jira, Zendesk, etc.). Functional and Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication, strong client‑service orientation. Ability to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple cross‑functional topics. Pedagogical skills and ease in leading meetings with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Soft Skills Rigor, autonomy, and method in project and support management. Anticipation, proactivity, and responsiveness to client needs and incidents. Strong client‑orientation and commitment to a Premium experience. Team spirit, kindness, and collaboration within the RUN team and across departments. Product and business knowledge Knowledge of DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) concepts. Understanding of business needs in communication, marketing, IT/DSI services, and retail. Acquisition of Papirfly & Keepeek solutions over time through internal training. Languages Bilingual English or very strong professional English (written and spoken). Mobility / Location Based in Paris, Rennes, or fully remote with proven autonomous work experience.
