Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer Join our team at Alan to help build the insurance infrastructure relied upon by over 1M people across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. Mission & Impact Equip the Sales team with tools to craft, price, and contractualize insurance offers, powering our self‑serve subscription flow. Manage contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and responsible consumption practices while maintaining balanced loss ratios. Build components that support Alan’s claim engine, billing system, and other parts of the stack to deliver a pristine member experience. What you’ll build Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: Develop the contract & service stack that powers growth across 4 countries and multiple product lines. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Enable autonomous sales teams with AI tools for real‑time coverage customization, pricing, and contract generation. Automated Renewal System: Automate annual reviews and adjustments of coverage to reflect legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. Why this role is special Direct impact on scaling, profitability, and healthcare access. Address complex, real‑time pricing and large‑scale technical challenges. Own product direction, mentor peers, and lead initiatives that shape future healthcare delivery. The stack Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo; daily deployment and distributed ownership. What we’re looking for 3+ years building scalable backend systems. Experience with high‑traffic applications that real users depend on.
