Responsable Implémentation Clinique – Systèmes Hospitaliers France (Field) BD is seeking a dynamic Clinical Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of advanced clinical strategies within hospital settings for our Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) Business Unit. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. Job Description Summary We need an RN, preferably IADE or intensive‑care background, with solid operating‑room knowledge and the ability to engage senior medical teams. Experience in cross‑functional projects, MedTech sector, or dual academic/clinical background is highly valued. Success requires autonomy, initiative, adaptability, pedagogical skills, full project‑management proficiency, and excellent English. Travel is frequent, often for multi‑week stays at clinical sites. Typical field schedule is Monday‑Thursday across France, open to locations near an airport. About BD Advanced Patient Monitoring BD APM is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions, complementing BD’s connected care portfolio with cutting‑edge monitoring technology, AI‑based clinical decision‑support tools, and robust innovation pipeline. APM technologies are often used alongside the BD Alaris™ infusion system in operating rooms and ICUs, paving the way for future closed‑loop hemodynamic monitoring and automated IV fluid and medication delivery through integrated data and interoperability. Key Responsibilities Lead change initiatives: design and implement process improvements that boost adoption of new practices and technologies, with measurable patient outcome impact. Serve as the expert voice: act as a trusted resource for internal teams and external partners, providing key insights and building strong clinician relationships. Contribute to strategy: collaborate with hospital leadership to launch and deploy multiple programs across diverse health systems. Turn data into action: work with data experts, analyze key indicators, and present results to stakeholders with clarity and impact. Elevate training: continuously improve training materials, tools, and programs in line with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs. Adapt and excel: take on new responsibilities with agility in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment. Required Profile Technical skills: RN (mandatory; preferably IADE or intensive‑care experience). Project‑management experience in MedTech or cross‑functional projects is welcomed; dual academic/clinical expertise valued. Essential knowledge: deep understanding of the operating room (ideally anesthesia/ICU). Ability to communicate effectively with senior medical teams. Behavioral skills: autonomy, initiative, ability to influence without hierarchical authority, adaptability, strong pedagogical skills, full project‑management mastery. Languages: French and English essential. Mobility: frequent travel, possible multi‑week/month stays at one hospital, Monday‑Thursday field schedule. Compensation 55 000 – 65 000 € annually.
